I’m no stranger to CT scans lately, and some of them have been with contrast, which of course means IVs. As someone who isn’t a fan of them, the rad techs are amazing. Incredibly nice, patient, and gentle. I can honestly say that the next time I have to go in my anxiety has gone from a 10 to a 3 max maybe. Frankly, I haven’t ran into a single employee at Tri-state that hasn’t been kind or professional. They are all great.
I had to get an ultrasound of my kidneys, and I had no clue about what to expect. The ultrasound technician, Kayla, was very professional and very helpful. She thoroughly explained how she was going to do the ultrasound, and was very gentle about getting it done. By the time she was finished, I not only knew a lot more about the ultrasound but I was also a lot less anxious about it. Kayla was amazing.
I have had several MRIs over the years. I've always had great luck here
