Owl Tri State Pharmacy

The lady up front & the pharmacist were some of the nicest people I've met since moving here. I left there feeling happy because of their smiles and friendliness. If only we can all be that way. Thank you, Owl ladies, your kindness meant a lot, and in return, it made me happy.

My wife and I love the people and the service. They are always so friendly at the drive up window. We enjoy this pharmacy so much we drive across the river from Idaho just so we can continue to use Owl Tri State Pharmacy.

The staff are amazing, it feels like a small town family owned pharmacy where they know all of their customers by name.

I have used this pharmacy for over 14 years. I've always had good service. Today, I did not. I don't know what is going on their. I had 2 rx's faxed their from minor care. I went directly over their and told them they were just faxed and gave them my ph. # . I would be waiting in the parking lot. Over an hour later I go back through the drive through and ask about rx's. She checked and asked if I could come back tomorrow, they could not fill it completely. So, I asked for part of it, it is vertigo med and I needed it. Then I asked about 2 nd rx and they said they didn't get it. They were sent together! I finally told them, forget it, and I'm not coming back. He smiles and says ok, see you later!!! Their people skills have sadly been lost i guess.
