Costco Pharmacy

Called in my prescription, they said it would be ready by noon. Showed up 5 minutes past noon and the gal at the front said it wasn’t ready yet. Asked how much longer it would take, the gal would not go find out and was kind of rude about it. Walked around the store for another half hour. Went back to check again, still not ready. Was told I could sit and wait there till it’s ready but I’m not going to do that unless I know how long it’s going to take and she could not be bothered to even go ask. Was not impressed with the customer service at all.

We rarely ever get a prescription anywhere else, whether it is called in or if we drop it off. We have often had prescriptions ready in minutes. Service here is always quick, friendly, and super helpful. They are more than willing to help with any question, even those not related to prescriptions. Which is why we also buy all of our vitamins and supplements here. They also offer flu shots and COVID vaccines with no fuss. We will always choose Costco for our medications!

I recently had to get a prescription sent to Costco Clarkston pharmacy from our veterinarian. I called the pharmacy 2 hours later to verify it was in the works. The person I spoke to was a technician named Kayla...she was AWESOME! The rx ended up not being received yet. Kayla actually called the vet and coordinated with them to get this moving, as well as calling me back on every step. Kudos 👏 to her for going above and beyond her job!

Amazing customer service! Even when they have been swamped with the system change over, this staff goes above and beyond to make sure that your Rx is filled and that you are taken care of. Thank you for all your help Costco Pharmacy!

The best pharmacy in Lewiston and Clarkston! They have wonderful customer service and they have always had my meds or my children's meds. Thank you Clarkston pharmacy!
