Albertsons Pharmacy

All of the pharmacists and staff are outstanding and understanding. The best at vaccination updates and administration. They know my name when I am there and that doesn’t happen anywhere else. I would give them 6 stars if I could. DeeLee Mendenhall

Lines are ALWAYS terrible. Only one person ever working the counter, even with long lines. Always at least 3 people to fill prescriptions in the back but never more than 1 person to provide service for customers. I feel like this pharmacy doesn't care about customer service at all. Hire enough people to handle the flow of customers.

Worst pharmacy around. Always making excuses and telling lies why something can’t be filled or won’t be filled. Always running out and not notifying the person, that depends on medication, that they might want to go to another pharmacy because they are out but they don’t. What ever happened to customer service. They are rude, condescending and down right don’t care if u get the script or not. I have a lot of stories to share but bottom line, stay away from this pharmacy unless you don’t mind being treated like you are a bother to them or you like to be lied to.. There is a reason they are not a 5 or even 4 star pharmacy.

No good. Unreliable. They turn off the phones ringer to ignore customers calling to request refills. Even my dr and his nurse cannot get a hold of anyone via phone. You have to drive down to request a medication and then leave and come back again hoping it’s actually filled. 99% it’s not ready when they say it is. I even called corporate but they did nothing. It’s been weeks and they are still keeping phones off. Time to switch to another pharmacy asap.

This pharmacy is unreliable and has very poor communication. After a whole week of being out of stock for my prescription the send me a text message that it's ready. So I drove 10 miles just for them to tell me that it was NOT ready and it would be later that afternoon. I have better things to do than drive down there twice! The last prescription that was sent to them, they never did get it in stock and I had to wait three more days to get it transferred to another pharmacy. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience and in fact acted quite arrogant about it. I'm switching pharmacies to a more reliable and customer friendly business.
