They are very professional and go beyond to assist you. They are very accommodating to an individual's needs. Very quick to respond to messages and concerns. Have a blood draw station in office so no separate trip for that. Doctors and staff are up on latest medical knowledge/advancements. I love that the doctors work as a team and not as individuals. This comes in handy when your primary is off or out of office and need to be seen. I was able to still go where I was comfortable and not have to wait til he was in the office next.

The office staff was extremely nice and my new doctor. Katherine Green was awesome she took the time to go over my health she was very specific and detailed. My other doctor was in the office in fairhaven ma but they closed that office and even though I don't like driving I'm going to keep my new doctor she's great. 5 stars for Tristan Medical.

Dr. Stecker has been my primary for several years now. He's a great doctor that listens to me and explains his diagnoses in ways I can understand. I think the longest I've ever waited to see him was 5 minutes. My last primary took 2 hours. Office staff and nurses are very pleasant. Highly recommended!

As always upon first arriving to check in, the staff at the reception desk is friendly and helpful. My wait time, even in the middle of the day, was five minutes, if that. Met Dr. Kelsey Murphy for the first time and she is a caring, informative individual. She apologized for running a few minutes late, explaining that she preferred to give each patient the time they deserved to present their problems and actually help them with it instead of throwing an antibiotic at it so she could rush off to the next patient. Definitely a place I would recommend.

I am continually amazed by the quality of the treatment that I have received at Tristan Medical. I came into the office, full of trepidation, due to my injury. Dr.Ryan is the best doctor that I have ever had. The people in the group actually care. I recently have been referred to the physical therapy department as well. I was so well received by the secretary, and the whole staff, as well. The pt department is exceptional. It is a rare experience, to actually look forward to going to the doctor's , whereas most people dread it. You actually feel confident in the help and care that you are going to receive. It is not only refreshing , but also reassuring. I am thankful for my quality of care here. Keep up the good work!
