Highly recommend! My mom has been going to the Raynham office for a long time. Stephanie (specialist) and Nancy (receptionist) are wonderful with my elderly mother and me. Very knowledgeable, patient, personable, and caring. They always take a moment to ask how we are doing. My mom had a problem with one of her hearing aids. Stephanie diagnosed it and took care of the issue right away. They make a great team, provide great service, and have created a very welcoming atmosphere, always with a smile.

Stephanie Dymek at HearingLife was great! She did the complimentary hearing test and then after she explained the results she showed me one of the hearing aids that she has in stock. There was no pressure at all to buy she was just showing me the features. I told her that I would get back to her after I did some research. It turns out that the Oticon Intent that she showed me is one of the most technically advanced hearing aids out there. I decided after looking at others that this was the one not just for the quality but the 3 year warranty and ongoing support that comes with it.Thanks Frank Keefe

I had an excellent experience. Stephanie the audiologist explained things so clearly. Despite my hearing loss I felt everything was fully understandable and accessible. They worked very well with my insurance and healthcare situation which was impacted by local hospital/facility shutdowns. A great place to go to ace your Deaf test 🤟🏻🦻🏻
