Dental Dreams

I made an appointment as a new customer months prior to my 2/16/26 cleaning appointment. I arrived and waited 30 minutes to be then professionally x-rayed. Only to sit for another 30 mins and still was not seen. When I was exiting the doctor said she was now ready. I informed her that I was NOT. My appointment was at 11:30. I exited 12:40. I was still by front end staff that the doctor had 3 appointments at the same time. WHAT? Who books 3+ appointments at one time? Does this office expect customers wait an hour plus?

The staff at Dental Dreams in Raynham MA were absolutely outstanding, and the manager was on a whole different level. She didn’t just care, she genuinely cared in a way you rarely see anymore. From the moment I arrived, she paid incredible attention to time management, keeping everything moving perfectly so I never felt rushed or left waiting. She handled every part of my appointment and all the required documents with unbelievable efficiency and care, making the entire visit feel effortless on my end. If you want an office where you’re treated with real respect, where your time is valued, and where the team truly goes above and beyond for every single patient, you need to come here. I can’t recommend this office enough.

My appointment was at 10:30. They brought me into the room at 10:00, which felt promising… until I sat there wondering if I had accidentally booked a meditation session instead of a cleaning. After waiting until 11:00, the cleaning lasted about 10 minutes. No fluoride, and somehow plaque still managed to survive the experience. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and inefficient. Will not be returning.

I decided to give Dental Dream a try because it was closer to my home and they accepted my daughter's insurance. My cleaning with Dr. Cameron Iaccarino was literally under 5 minutes. She rushed through my exam, was very sloppy, and had water all over my face. The first thing she did was put the fluoride treatment on my teeth. Never in my life have I ever had a dentist give me a fluoride treatment before a cleaning, never flossed my teeth. After my two-minute visit, she told me to come back in 6 months. No baggy with toothpaste, floss, or toothbrush was provided at the end of my visit. I left with plaque still left in my teeth. She did a rush job. I won't be returning to this dental office. I didn't get a warm, welcoming feeling here either.

Receptionist was great, very friendly and flexible. Initial person doing the cleaning literally didn't say hello or introduce herself. She took 35 minutes for simple XRays, jammed my gums numerous times, accidentally bumped the camera in my face and had me hold it in place as she said it was loose. I almost walked out but just wanted to get it done. Luckily she then left. Sat in the chair waiting 20 minutes with no apology for delay or even acknowledging of it. Dentist came in and spent 15 minutes with the cleaning, was fine, but definitely rushed and spent half the time as most cleanings.
