Trinity Health IHA Urgent Care - Waterford

I was a patient today and had a wonderful experience. From the receptionist, to the initial triage person, to the x-ray tech, the P.A., the nurse that gave me the shot was professional and informative. Each person kept me informed of everything. I appreciate all the information the P.A. gave me and she even answered some additional questions on other health questions. P.S. The nurse that administered the shot did so painlessly. Went there around 6:30 PM on a Tuesday after being turned away at the minute clinic. The nursing assistant and doctor were patient with my 9 year old daughter who had a deep fear of getting her throat swabbed. They were kind and able to explain her symptoms and treatment plan so she could understand. Best experience we have had at an urgent care.

​MY experience at this urgent care was excellent the environment was a fast-paced one ..in and out! The waiting room was spacious with many chairs for seating bc beyond the urgent care, the facility also houses a Trinity lab and a primary care physician's office, making it a very CONVENIENT healthcare hub (lol)

Receptionist, Angela W. greeted me with professionalism and friendliness that followed me out the door. My reason and need for urgent care was addressed, but not treated and I will follow up with my primary care team when they are open for business. The visit was successful only because Angela W. was on duty.

Good experience, easy to schedule a same day appointment in urgent care. Recieved text indicating they are running 15 min behind. That’s great. I didn’t have to leave home as early as . Care was efficient, treated with kindness and respect. I would totally recommend this clinic
