Yesterday I was on a late night ride on my cycle and I found an unconscious woman in the snow outside of the hospital emergency room. She was face down and not breathing correctly. I immediately went to the emergency room and alerted the security staff. The sense of urgency was rather pitiful. Do better.

Me and my bf went here for him being really sick and barely being able to move and when we got there they just took their sweet time and everyone else was being helped right away and we had to wait 2 hours at 4 am for just an IV and they refuse to give us a room for liquids. We will never be coming here again and the staff was very rude towards us.

I visited Trinity Health ER downtown on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. The staff there were extremely busy but so very kind and helpful. Dr. Gladstone was on that day and he did a phenomenal job of caring for me and making sure I was comfortable, even in the midst of being extremely busy. All the staff were kind, helpful, very knowledgeable and skilled. I was grateful for my experience there and that I chose Trinity Health downtown ER that day.

My Brother was taken to the ER there from Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital as they were worried about my Brother not being responsive as he has a brain injury. This was in the morning. Mary Free Bed gave them all the info on my Brother and my contact information which was on the cover page. I waited all day worried about my brother no call from the hospital at all. I called the ER at 7:15 pm and they told me he wasn't there I said was he admitted they said no. So I called Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital and they said he was at Trinity Hospital. I called Trinity Hospital back and said that my brother was taken there in the morning to the ER and they told me he wasn't there and no one called me all day. How do you lose a patient he can't walk out of there and he has a trache. The
