I have used Trails since 2015 and am always made at ease, have all of my questions answered, there is never any extra pressure for more services than needed. They have always taken my overall health into consideration with every aspect of my treatment plan and visit. Which makes you feel like the y are part of your team! Dr. Diehl and Jaiden were super friendly and provided Excellent experience as always. 10/10 recommend!

The team at Trails Dental Group not only have been my go to dental office for the last five years but this year they even came out my sons daycare and talked to children about the importance of keeping your teeth clean. I don’t think my 4 year old has ever been more motivated to brush his teeth before bed. Dr Cicone has always been very clear with my dental needs and helps me prioritize what is needed now and what can wait until I’m able to budget and prepare financially. My son has seen Dr Diehl at his last two visits and she’s really great with him. The whole team overall is fantastic and I couldn’t recommend a better place for your family care. Phenomenal experience. I had not been to the dentist in over 9 years. I went this week and could not have felt more comfortable. I know I tend to neglect my dental health, so I was expecting a painful experience. But my worry was judgement from the Doctor and hygienists, because I had never been to a dentist that wasnt mean lol. These people were unbelievably reassuring and kind. They continually asked me if I was okay and made sure I was in the least pain possible. In fact, as a TX transplant, this experience makes me question ever leaving the area (assuming they stay in my "network"). Prices. I can't speak to this (9 years). I dont know if im supposed to say this, or if it's good or bad, but if I didnt have insurance, the full price for the work I need done (9 years) is a little over

If I could give zero stars I would. My insurance changed and my longtime regular dentist was no longer covered. Came to this office as a new patient as it was covered under my new insurance. Scheduled routine cleaning and was pressured into getting a deep clean which was not covered under my new insurance. They came down to $1k and said if I didn't or couldn't pay it then I could leave - mid appointment. So I relunctantly agreed to pay it. Fast forward to next cleaning and they indicate because I had the deeper cleaning to start I no longer "qualified" for a standard cleaning. These cleanings will now cost me more out of pocket per visit and they want me to come in every 3 months - vs 2x per year as covered by my insurance. I have healthy teeth and gums. Fariba has been my hygienist twice now and I just love her! I get very anxious when I go to the dentist. But she has the best bed side manner. She always makes me feel at ease, she explains everything she will be doing and why. And her smile just adds such comfort!
