Dr was great but the rest of the staff not good at all. For poor customer relations experience. Especially when you call to find out about an order they told you would be here in 1 week and here we are almost 2 wks and they talking about a couple more days when i won’t be here to except package then saying oh they will just leave in mail box. smh over 200 in eye product left in a street mail box for 2 wks in fl. no i won’t get stolen. Then get mad at me when i ask to speak to a manager because i don’t except my expensive contacts that i need to be left outside for 2 wks. ya will be responsible if they get stolen she laughs and says that’s not how it works manager wouldn’t even get on the phone. don’t go here they are horrible and overpriced on contacts

Went there to get a glasses prescription so I could get color-blind glasses. First off, Dr. Vallone is wonderful! She's friendly and professional, does a great job. The staff, not so much. When I went to order the glasses online (can’t get these locally) they needed pupillary distance measurement. This wasn’t on the rx they gave me, so I called. The person who answered the phone said they use that only for glasses THEY make up and would not give it to me, even though they COULD NOT make these specialty glasses! I went to another optician, who charged me $20 to take the measurement. Vallone office did call back later and was prepared to give me a number which they said MIGHT not be accurate but would be “good enough”. Too little, too late. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on. If I could give Dr. Vallone a 6 star rating I would. She is a true professional and never rushes you thru your eye exam. Her eye exams are very thorough as she cares very much about her patients. This company LIED and said my daughter did NOT have a contact lense prescription for a pair of Halloween Contacts we were trying to purcchase. When I contacted the company directly, I was informed that they currently have about 900 disgruntled patients with the same problem and NOT to shoot the messenger. Well, the messenger LIED and I'd like you all to know this because if you plan on getting a specialty lense for Halloween, this company will NOT verify that you have a prescription...even if you have it in WRITING from them like I do. This is beyond frustrating and now I have to find a way to get these in 2 days in any way that I can. Thanks for nothing Vallone Eyecare!!!
