Dr. Guan has provided outstanding care for my parents. She combines deep medical expertise with genuine compassion and patience. She takes the time to listen and explain, so they feel comfortable and supported. We are grateful for her dedication.

This is a doctor that pays attention to what you are saying and is pleasant which is a real plus these days. It is too bad that when you are a senior citizen there just isn't enough time to get to all your problems, although he spent much more time with me than any other doctor has. Also my next appointment isn't until September and it is a video call. This is the typical situation with all doctors these days! I am in pain as I write this and don't want narcotics but they are the only thing that works. I appreciated his talking with me and hope I can get some answers soon. The pharmacy still has not filled my prescriptions! Any suggestions?

Dr. Lipscomb has been my doctor for years, and I would never choose anyone else. She actually takes my input into account, which is important to me, because I don't like when doctors make my decisions or get frustrated by my refusal of certain procedures. The staff and nurses are always friendly and professional, giving the office a homey, pleasant feel even though I have severe white-coat anxiety. I couldn't recommend Dr. Lipscomb and this practice enough!

We thank our lucky stars for this practice-- everyone in it. Dr. Harris and Dr. DeFiglio take time to explain and offer guidance. And, wonder of wonders-- never let you feel that they are on a timer. They are "tuned in" to their patients, approaching them with a positive and caring attitude. That means more than this little review can say. This is medicine as healing, not medicine as revenue!

The staff is wonderful, they always get back to me with answers to my questions or issues with my son's medications. I'm so glad we found them. Dr. Lipscomb is amazing!
