I requested a deep tissue massage when making the appt. i have the texts to prove it. When I got there I was given a Jitsu Massage and not a deep tissue. I complained to Trina several times to do it harder and she just ignored the request. I even told her there was areas I wanted focused more on and she avoided them the most. I paid a lot of money to leave in knots. FALSE ADVERSTISEMENT. A DEEP TISSUE AND JITSU ARE NOT THE SAME! I had a long conversation prior to booking the appt and wrote it on the paperwork I wanted it deep and a deep tissue. She didn't really listen to anything I said or asked for. I tried to get a partial refund but no answer. IF YOU WANT JITSU SHE IS FOR YOU. IF YOU WANT A DEEP TISSUE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Plus she ended it 5 min early.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Trena is absolutely amazing. I broke my back when i was younger and am still very active today, so I've tried many massage therapists over the years, and nobody has ever matched Trena. I obviously have a lot of complications, and she is very specific to the areas that need it. She asks every time what's bothering me, and she remembers the things that help me most. She also does the back walking, and it's magical for my shoulders. Her prices are fantastic, she's very easy to talk to, annnd she goes above and beyond during our sound healing time as well! Great vibe and very cozy space. 10/10 recommend.

Outstanding service and massage therapy!! I have only positive things to say about this place and Trena! I’ve had a 2 hour massage as well as the 1/2 day Day of Peace wellness package. Trena is amazing and my entire body and mind feels relaxed and energized after coming here!!! She is extremely skilled in her technique and goes out of her way in healing your body!! I love coming here and have already booked my next appointment- a couples massage for my husband and I!!

I'm from Arkansas & decided at the last moment to get a massage. I searched for a place & saw that Inner Peace had great reviews. I am so glad Trena was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I have never had such a great massage. I recommend her 100%!!
