We’ve had a wonderful experience here at Parks. From the front desk staff to the orthodontist and assistants, everyone is friendly, professional, and extremely patient with my boys. They take the time to explain everything clearly and always make sure the kids feel comfortable and confident during their visits. The office is clean, welcoming, and well organized, and appointments are always efficient with minimal wait time. I truly appreciate how caring and understanding the staff is it makes a huge difference as a parent. I’m very happy with the progress my boys are making and grateful to have found an orthodontist we can trust. I would highly recommend this office to any family looking for excellent orthodontic care!

Both my sons really love Parks, well, as much as any teen loves the orthodontist. 🤣. My younger son has commented that Parks gives five star service, and he's not wrong. All the staff are friendly and seem genuinely happy to see us and genuinely happy to then to stick things in my kids' mouths. My sons both tell me, "Everyone is always so happy, there." The facility is always clean and well-lit, with very attractive, eye catching color schemes. They have inviting waiting rooms with books and toys and TV shows, although we never really get to enjoy those for long, because they don't keep us waiting. As a parent, I really appreciated how thoughtful and reassuring this orthodontic team was during our first visit. They took the time to carefully evaluate my son, explained the treatment plan in a clear and easy to understand way, and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. The staff was kind and patient, which helped my son feel comfortable and at ease. They were able to begin the process quickly, and everything felt well organized and well communicated. We left feeling confident that he is in good hands and are very comfortable moving forward with his care.

From the moment I stepped in this place 3 years ago for a consultation, until today leaving from my retainer follow up appointment I’ve experienced nothing but the best treatment! Dr. Parks is amazing and worked with me until I got the results I wanted. She gave me a smile that I actually enjoy showing off now.
