This is a zero star review If it was possible. The receptionist that works there now doesn’t know what the hell is going on. I went in there for a rotator cuff injury. Wanted to get some injections for inflammation. By far The most unexperienced Work area ever. I asked to talk to the doctor and they didn’t come up. Everything was relayed over to the receptionist lady….

Horrible experience!!! Waited for over an hour with my sick child who vomited in the waiting room. One of the nurses brought a mop and the oriental receptionist told her to give me napkins instead because she couldn’t throw away the mop!!! Then she checked my insurance and said I had to pay cash because they didn’t take it... after over an hour???!!! They didn’t even try to clean the floor, the oriental receptionist told me to clean it and to go to the ER even though it was not necessary. It’s really sad that totally unprofessional and classless staff can care less about patients and I wonder now about the Dr. Do not go there!!!!

Receptionist is very rude, I walked up to the desk signed in and she did not say one word. I sat down for 30min until being called and was told “oh your a new patient, we’ll your gonna be here a very long time”. She then passed me the paperwork to fill out. At that time I just walked out. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Best doctor/s. I have seen 2 doctors at this clinic. They are very helpful all the time. I used to go to ARC and other clinics that have better facilities, but what counts is the doctor/s. De. Trahn is very knowledgeable. I highly recommen this place for the doctor. Things that could be better or worked on: Yes, office people could be more courteous or people friendly. More office staff that are bilingual. Maybe some new office equipment to look more presentable/clean. I wish they would take appointments. But other than that, again, the doctor is excellent & knowable.

Dr. Trinh is very knowlegable of all kinds of illnesses she is a ER Dr. also and see many kinds of illnesses. She is a great choice for quick service. I have waited long for an appointment I had made with my dr. then the time it takes for me to get in as a walkin even on Sunday she is open 8:30 am to 1 pm
