My 28 year old daughter is recovering here after a stroke. The staff has been super helpful. They keep my child clean and dressed everyday! Staff interacts with her and makes her feel safe and happy. They offer recreational time with residents. They allows visits from family and let you take them for walks. The staff has been super nice and accommodating.

I have been a resident Of touch points at Chestnut For two and a half years now. When I first arrived here, I was placed in a room with a person who blasted his television at full blast morning noon and night. However, they were very helpful at getting me moved to a quiet room. In my time here the staff for the most part have been excellent to me. At one point a new management team took over at the facility, and I felt extremely uncomfortable having those particular managers in charge. However, now a new management team has taken over and they are the most wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. It's also important to note that morale here seems to have improved greatly, and I might like to think that that is because of the new management team that is here now. At t

My husband was admitted to Touchpoints at Chestnust Hill from the ER after a fall resulted in two fractured vertebrae. He stayed almost 2 weeks. I would have removed my husband immediately if it hadn't been for the receptionist, *Valerie, who is a ray of sunshine. She made me feel welcome, and provided pertinent info. I'd often see her chatting or playing cards with lonely or bored residents. I hope Touchpoint appreciates her. The 'lobby' is home to a pile of boxes and odd items that increases and decreases in size, daily. The hallways leading to rehab are dimly lit and reek of urine, feces, and bad plumbing. There is no sitting room to visit with family members. The pictures on the website do not remotely resemble this facility. My husband's room had ancient, decades old peeling wallpape

My mom had a stroke and she was there for several weeks We were able to get an extensions because she took longer to get to her baseline. The staff and the therapist PT and everyone was just amazing with my mom. My mom does have an outgoing personality. But also can be a little impatient at times, but they were amazing with her throughout this whole journey. She was always treated with respect and empathy. I know that this Job of rehab and elderly folks can be very demanding and very difficult. I do respect them for what they do. I found the staff to be totally caring from the nurses to the rehab to the reception And to the people who helped guide me through this journey that I had to take with my mom meaning the insurance aspect of it in its protocols. I always felt welcomed and I re

My Grandmother was there for 3 years . She went through her life savings until it ran out so she had to go on Title 19 . Touchpoint had a handful of good staff otherwise they were sub par at best . She passed away in the facility last week and do you think I got a phone call or letter offering their condolences Nope !! They have all these signs on the front lawn saying it’s a 5 star facility it’s about a 2.5 maybe ? I would not recommend this place to anyone do your research there’s plenty of places out there . To the few that treated her great I thank you as for the rest good ridden . Rick
