Just received my 1st myofacial release massage and it was amazing. Darryl is extremely knowledgeable. I came in with specific areas that have been challenging for me and he was able to help ease my mind and create a plan going forward of what we can do to improve things such as posture and muscle mobility. Highly highly recommend! Just had my first session with Darryl yesterday, and I can't say enough about my experience. I had a 60 minute massage and should have gone for 90 because it was incredible. He was so extremely thorough in understanding where I had pain and tightness and what might be causing them. He used a variety of techniques and his deep tissue work was incredible. Darryl is amazing! I had only been to a few massage therapists in the past before Darryl. I was very nervous and would tense up and it wasn't really a good experience with the others.
