Dr Patel was wonderful. She addressed all of my needs thoroughly and compassionately, and made sure I got everything I needed at the best price. I'm thrilled that she's so close to home, and in the local Walmart. It's awesome to find such great care in such a convenient location. I have found an eye care home and couldn't be happier!

I went here for an eye exam a few months ago and everything was fine until I used my glasses prescription and recieved glasses elsewhere. I was able to be fit in to have my eyes rechecked and that’s when the poor customer service started. As this was a “free” call on there part I was extremely rushed out of the office. The Optometrist was very short with me and was telling me things about my eyes that she believed to be true and were not. She was getting frustrated with my questions and didn’t look confident with her answers. I ended up getting my prescription changed so now it will be correct. I will not be going back here for an eye exam or for glasses, all based on poor customer service and for not having the willingness to explain things.

I took my daughter to Dr.Patel and she was so thorough and kind. She has such a compassion to her. I drove over an hour to her location because of her skill, passion and care provided. I wouldnt take my daughter anywhere else. Thank you for being so amazing Dr.Patel. We appreciate your care and follow up.

Dr patel is very knowledgeable snd great doctor!!!. She was very nice and answered all my questions without hesitation. My eye exam went great, her receptionist was very nice and helped me with all my questions with insurance and the vision center was all very professional and helped me pick out amazing glassss

Visited Dr. Patel about a month ago for a yearly exam for the first time and she made me feel like she’s been seeing me since I was a kid. Great quality doctor and very quick!
