While I’ve had several positive experiences at this office in the past, particularly with Lynn, the dental hygienist who has always been incredibly kind and attentive, my most recent visit over the summer with Dr. DaSilva was the complete opposite. After experiencing a dental emergency, I met with Dr. DaSilva directly. We had been in communication over the weekend due to my severe pain, so I came into the appointment hoping for answers and relief. Instead, I felt completely dismissed. In-person he came across as condescending and indifferent, as though my concerns had already been dismissed before the appointment truly began. Dental hygienist was so friendly, informative (without talking too much) and super thorough - my teeth felt great after the cleaning. And yes, I promise to floss more!

I was disappointed that the timing wasn't right to have the dentist give me my oral checkup. I waited 20-30 minutes after my cleaning was finished for the dentist but had to leave, because of other commitments, before I was seen. I hope my insurance isn't charged for the service I did not receive. Also, the chair head rest was very uncomfortable. It gave me a crick in my neck.
