We have been assisted by Rick whom we have seen for couple of years since the purchase of hearing aides. He has been invaluable through my mother’s hearing challenges. Rick is extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He has helped us numerous times and we will follow him wherever he goes. Thank you Rick!

Liked the technical part much more than the sales part.

This was my first time at this office yin East Windsor. Rick was very pleasant and patient and efficient. When my tests were completed, He gave me all of my options and explained how each of them would work. I haven’t decided yet what I am going to do, but I would recommend Rick to anyone who has hearing issues or would like to, improve their hearing aids.

I’ve been seeing Nicole in East Windsor, CT for a little over a year. She’s always pleasant and eager to help with any issues I might get have regarding my hearing aids. Recently, she helped me pair my hearing aids to the new app. I spent hours trying to do this myself, but Nicole was able to do this in BM minutes! I highly recommend her!

Called for a follow up appointment and Rick got me in in just a few days. Very professional and pleasant. The only downside is he’s only available 3 days a week and I fly with a airline so I have sort of a erratic schedule. He did share that the company is trying to get another person to help fill in so that will be great.
