**Fraud Alert** I had four prescriptions sent over to this location from CVS in Cleburne for my 2 yr old granddaughter I had to run errands in Dallas so I told her to have the prescriptions transferred to this location, so that I could pick them up on the way home. When I arrived to the pharmacy drive thru I gave ALEX the pharmacy tech her insurance information. He told me the prescriptions would be available in 30min to 1 hour. I returned a hour later only for him to tell me the insurance didn’t process and that he added a coupon for a discount for the medication. I ask him to get the pharmacist involved so the information could be confirmed properly. The pharmacist SEAN NYGUEN updated the insurance information correctly. I gave ALEX my debit card to process the payment and he in turn gav

I switched this pharmacy five or six months ago. I used Albertsons in Cedar Hill previously this location has the worst customer service. They answer the phone and they are rude. They sound like they don’t wanna be at work and every time I call I’m asked to be put on hold the other day I was on hold for like 10 minutes and I complained I think to the pharmacist she sounded like she really didn’t care. I called and placed a complaint with corporate with the number that they gave me I’ve seen no improvement I called in a refilled on Tuesday. Today is Friday and they still hadn’t filled the prescription when I called in and she told me that they will be ready in a few minutes and a doctor called in two prescriptions today and she told me I could come get two I said man why would I make two tr

I changed my Insurance during open season, doing so meant I could no longer use my local Walgreen's. I opted to use this Tom Thumb. I am not use to this, its awful. I had a perscription sent in on Sept 9th, as of 5 mins ago it is still showing "in progress". 5 days!! No communication at all. This is not the first time I have had this to happen. Why, is it taking so long?? I need the meds like asap. I'm over it!!!

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars that's what it would be. They do NOT call you if there is any problem with a prescription nor when it is ready.. You have to stay on top of them for any information. I go to get insulin for them to tell me it needs a prior authorization. No one called and said anything. I've been a diabetic for 20 years but first time using this terrible pharmacy for insulin, so I was not aware. I told them that was crazy and what if I needed the medicine right then. Do they not notify customers, Jack told me, generally they do not. I paid for another prescription and as I'm driving off, I get text notification of the prior authorization..... Very BAD customer service, I have to call to remind them to fill up an auto refill prescription, there do not advice them if is ready, if you call there hung up calls, the Manager a Asian male is very rude as well all personal in the pharmacy am very unhappy with there services.
