Went to the Maumee location for the 1st and LAST time to get my blood drawn. Lab tech was CHELSEA. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNFRIENDLY. I don't know why someone like her goes into a profession where you have to deal with people on a daily basis when she is clearly NOT a people person. Chelsea is rude and disrespectful. Horrible experience! Chelsea needs to be retrained on her job. It's not just about drawing blood. It's about being caring, respectful and friendly as well. Do NOT recommend.

The women who check you in are great! The phlebotomist are unfriendly and don’t seem to have any kind of system to know who arrives when. Terrible service plus unfriendly, no thanks!!

We were in and out in less than 20 minutes and staff members were so friendly, welcoming, and kind. The place was very clean and easy to navigate!

I got there right when I thought they opened (8 am) for some blood work, but unfortunately the hours are not updated. The lab opens at 7:30. I had a short time frame before I had to be back for my kids, which put me 7th in line, instead of first. Labs are normally extremely slow, in my experience, so I thought there was no way I'd be able to leave at 8:30. They breezed through patients and I was seen at 8:15! That's the way labs should be. It was very fast and they didn't waste time. Chelsea was amazing and I didn't even feel the poke!! I honestly couldn't believe it. I would definitely recommend her if you really don't like getting blood work, and are looking for someone experienced and gentle. She even walked me through how to access the portal and set that up so I can see the results.

Great new building with great staff. It's clean and there is plenty of parking. Easy to get to and quickly accessible to the highway.
