Maumee Pointe Assisted Living and Memory Support

Beautiful building but do not recommend this facility for a loved one. The manager is always unavailable or off site, there is no receptionist/security at the entrance, nursing aides are often seen sitting around on their phones, memory care residents are placed in front of the tv for most of the day. The level of attention, safety, and engagement that was promised is not delivered.

My parents moved into their assisted living apartment in 2022. My father was dead set against moving into an assisted living. His health was failing and my mom started wandering out of the house so it was a move that had to happen. Within 6 months of moving in he became a huge fan of the place! He wished he had done it sooner. He finally got to have friends again and be a husband again instead of a caregiver. Some of the best pictures we have of my parents are from there. We are forever grateful for the Maumee Pointe family for caring for our parents and there continued loving care of our mother.

Incredibly beautiful campus! If you are looking for a group of compassionate and caring people to care for your loved ones Maumee Pointe is the place to be. I work for a hospice agency and can personally speak on how incredible the team is here at Maumee Pointe ! The residents are loved and well cared for ! I am greeted with smiling faces every time i visit ! I would recommend this center to anyone in need of Assisted living or Memory care !

Tara does an outstanding job of caring for and loving her residents. It is well kept and the apartments are large. Great place!

Beautiful place..Mom moved in at the end of May in Memory care..she says they treat her like royalty..she loves the food and the staff keeps us updated with any changes with her..😊
