TIME orthopedics- Dr. Anish Potty

Do not waste your time here. Completely unorganized and they don’t treat you. I’ve came to two appointments. First one they requested mri and did nothing. I got the mri. Came for the second appointment and they didn’t even look at the images of the mri and had nothing on file so had to wait. Before that the dr wasn’t even in so they said it would flag the insurance if I got treated but then said that I could see the other dr that was there after I complained I called the day before to ensure I’d get treatment and my appointment was locked in..plus why schedule me for a day the dr is not there??? the other dr gets in after they requested MRI results and claimed “machine was down” then referred me to another ortho because they didn’t know if they can do an injection. After having trouble with my right hand "trigger finger" painful for 2 years and hesitant of surgery...I'm so glad I decided to do it with an awesome Dr. Time Orthopedic with Dr. Kolwadkar. Fast recovery and did my own therapy 👍

Long wait times. They didn’t submit to my mri 2 weeks after they claimed they would I had called and they said they were waiting to hear back. Called insurance company and let told me they just submitted for it. I had spoke with Mary at the office the first time I called. She didn’t even get back on phone with me. She had one of the other girls get on phone to talk to me. When I called back I asked to speak with Mary. She answered phone then told me she would check on it. I sat on hold till another lady picked up the phone to talk to me. Very unprofessional and will be seeking care somewhere.

The wait time is horrible, when asked how much longer they stated that the doctor had not arrived. Lack of appreciation for patients and their time. Dr. Potty is a great surgeon but doctor why give an appointment @8:30 when you are going to arrive past 9am?

He has operated on me 3 times . Best surgeon in Laredo . Only issue I have right now is. Since he left he’s previous employer. I find it very difficult for the new staff to comprehend how the va works . I have to do the work myself. But I’m sure with time . They will get better . As for dr Pottty . He will make your pain go away . Strongly recommend.
