My Husband had an issue with his prescription at his pharmacy NP Kristen Abbott was right on top of it along with the help of her staff Mellisa. I cannot thank them enough. We have been patients for over a year and their care and service to us has exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

Dr Rider great. Front office does a nice job also. If you call the main number good luck. Calls not answered or returned. Main number goes somewhere in outer space and lost. No return calls Guess that happens when you get too big and depend on untrained people to take calls.

I've been coming here for years to see Dr Rider and she's always been very caring with great communication and attends to your needs =) Kristen is also very kind and they were able to get my son in for primary care as well! They do things very quickly and the front office staff has been very helpful!!

Top notch establishment. Tidal Health alone is a game changer for the Eastern Shore. This experience reminds me back when medical professionals built relationships with their patients. Thank you Tidal Health, for moving the Eastern Shore up into “the best of the best”.

If you have no health problems, are 18+, and do not need to visit the dr more than a basic check up once a year, then this place works I guess. Please do not take your kids here, they do not have any pediatricians, and do not seem to even be trained in that field. If you are someone who likes to have time to talk with your dr to get answers, find somewhere else to go please, because that isn’t going to happen here. If you/your child take medication, please note that it takes about 3+ weeks for them to click the button to send your prescription next door, well that’s if you’re lucky. I am on week 4 of my son being without his meds. They don’t care. You can call, go in, etc, they do not care whatsoever about you. They care about your $$ and filling out BS on your chart and that is it! I also
