Anne Arundel Dermatology - Berlin

My visit at Anne Arundel Dermatology exceeded my expectations.. The office personnel and nurses are professionals at what they do and the doctor has a great table side manner.. I feel comfort in having any procedure done at this office.

I had a wonderful experience at the Berlin office. I was a client at the Annapolis office for over 25 years and retired to Ocean City. Finally switched to the Berlin office and was so pleased with everything! The facility is very clean and organized. The staff were very efficient and welcoming. I was very confident in the service I received. Thank you so much.

I was very pleased with the professional care I received with Dr Paige. She answered any questions I had and very polite. I was however, very disappointed with the unprofessional front office staff, due to their personal conversations constantly going on during my wait. I am a strong advocate for superb and professional customer service during interaction with clients. Perhaps they should enroll in a class

From the time I entered the establishment the staff was very friendly and the professionalism of everyone was great. The appointment was on time, I did no have to sit in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. Again the entire staff was great. I was treated as a patient with courtesy respect and not as number. Thanks.

I was very pleased with Dr. Dolan and his assistant, Jacie. I was put at ease from the start before my surgery. My request to have them keep talking to me distracted me from the procedure. When I requested some music be played, I was asked what kind, I said classical and Jacie immediately went to her phone and found a wonderful play list. Even young Joseph, another Tech who popped in liked my choice. When I had questions and concerns and called the Surgery center the next day, I was given reassurances about the after care I did. That very night Dr. Dolan called me and again I was reassured that what I was experiencing was quite normal and that each day would be better. So true. Kudos to a great team!
