I was re-scheduled an appointment and the girl that they were trying was the one re-scheduling me somehow she gave an appointment at 9 and then when i called to say i was going to be late it turns out she never made an appointment for me.

Pat is a fantastic receptionist. She has always been very friendly and efficient. I appreciate Dr. Smith’s analysis of my situation. His experience and insight were very helpful in getting me to make the correct decision. I am grateful for his input and look forward to him helping me in the future.

The office staff were very professional and courteous. Also the nurse assistant was very pleasant gathering information!! Dr.Edney answered all my concerns and agreed we don’t need any interventions at this time! We did discuss the reality of a procedure one day in the future if necessary!

All employees were pleasant and helpful. The professional who discussed my problem with us explained everything very well and follow-up to take as needed. She provided us with a bag of brochures and a 2nd drug if the first drug fails.

My appointment with Nettie W went very well. She explained the possibilities for surgery and other alternatives. She spent valuable time educating me concerning my issue. I really appreciate her expertise.
