I’ve had an excellent experience receiving physical therapy from ESPT for my broken ankle. The therapists are knowledgeable, friendly and caring about the needs of their patients. They have helped me to set reasonable goals and taught me a great deal about the physical fitness needed to heal successfully. They also have the equipment necessary for advancing to the next level of functionality. I highly recommend ESPT. A picture speaks 1000 words-I went from this surgical boot to being back in my regular boots in less than 6 months and doing the things I love to do thanks to the ESPT team.

You will be hard pressed to find a better physical therapy business in the area than ESPT. I know, I've been to a few of them. They are very professional, experienced, friendly, and efficient. They take their time making sure you understand the process and stick with you throughout each session. Martin, you have an excellent staff. The intake staff at the front desk was efficient. Martin evaluated my pain level and range of motion, while locating the pain on my rotator cuff. He recommended laser treatment that produced instant relief and I have continued stretching and other therapy at home. I recommend Eastern Shore PT for your therapy needs.

I have a lot going on with my back, and as a result, I had severe lower back pain and sciatic issues. I was referred to Eastern Shore Physical Therapy by my Doctor. From the minute I walked in, everyone, from the receptionist to the therapist, made me feel right at home. Every session, my Therapist would start by asking how I had been since the last session and how I was that day. They really listened to what I was saying and structured my therapy based on how I was doing that day. They explained what they were going to do, why they were doing it, what I should look out for, and how I would feel. I had a couple of sessions where I was in so much pain that I was very discouraged. They sympathized with me while at the same time helping me to see how I had improved since starting PT.
