Staff is very, very good and caring.
Came in for a EGD for severe stomach problems. My appointment was for 8:30. I had to wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes just to be let back. Then once I got back I was told that they couldn’t do the operation because I had a sip of water this morning to take my medications with. After going back and forth they finally agreed to do the procedure. When I woke up from anesthesia I was handed a picture with reports from the procedure. Only 2 pictures were shown. I asked prior to being put to sleep for all 9 pictures to be taken. This is complete negligence on behalf of Dr. Bradley Mackler. Never again will I return to this place for medical care. I don’t trust Bradley’s opinion what so ever. Not only that but the two picture he did actually take were horrible quality. I’ll take myself to
