I had a great experience with Pedram, the pharmacist. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain my medication and answer all my questions. It’s rare to find someone who is both efficient and genuinely caring, but Pedram managed to do both. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I left feeling confident that I understood my prescription and how to take it properly. Excellent customer service and a true professional. Their service is above and beyond and Pedro is the most efficient, caring and helpful pharmacist I’ve ever met. I lost my insurance for a few months a year ago and he fought so hard to get me the best prices. I’ve never had a single issue or challenge at this pharmacy. No waiting, no confusion. Timely, friendly, and reasonably priced—especially for out-of-pocket costs. It reminds me of when I was a kid, when the pharmacist knew you by name and exactly what you were there for. The store is clean and well organized, and the staff is professional and welcoming. If I could get all my prescriptions here, I would. They truly blow the competition out of the water.
