Dr. Hu and his Associate Tudor are simply the best! Always takes their time to explain everything. Staff is friendly and I dont even mind waitng a little when they are running behind. Everyone is so worth it, i wouldn't go anywhere else. And Tudor gives the best cortisone injections in the business!

I saw Jim Daulton for the first time today, having only seen Dr. Hu previously. Jim is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. I had to have joint injections in both thumbs and he was quite proficient with this, as well. He was familiarizing another P.A. with the procedure and asked if she could do one of the joint injections, I was absolutely fine with it and she also did a great job. Unfortunately, there were emergency patients who were seen prior to my appointment, which caused about an hour delay. Having worked as a nurse for decades, I understand very well how difficult it is for a physician and his staff to balance scheduled appointments and emergencies and I have no doubt Jim saw me as soon as he possibly could and his staff kept me advised as to the wait time. I was an established patient at the Chandler office and everyone was always great and very professional. I recently moved to Prescott and switched to the office there. I saw Ann Igoe there and she was the most pleasant person. So caring, compassionate and kind. I truly enjoyed my visit with her. I wish more providers were like her. Wonderful experience.

Several of the critiques have been disappointing. I hear lots about how great bedside Manner and knowledgeable the doctors are. Then there are others who state that they were thoroughly displeased with the manner of some of the staff the coldness of the doctors. My question is has anyone been healed? Is all this work done by Arizona rheumatologist providing benefit and relief? I do not read any one telling about how much better they feel or how all the work the staff is done is helping immensely how they've improved and to what percentage they've improved. That's what I want to hear about what's getting done and is it getting done right. Just saying
