Jessie's workout program is specifically designed for biking, and it has made a noticeable difference for my daughter who races in NICA. The training is smart, targeted, and built around the real demands of riding including strength, stability, mobility, and injury prevention. Since starting the program, my daughter has become stronger, more confident on the bike, and better able to handle long race days. Jessie was recommended to me by 3 of her current clients. All had great results. My experience has always been positive. Jessie is so knowledgeable, personable, and is a great listener! She encourages you to email updates to your condition as well as any questions or concerns. During the week her replies are within hours. All exercises she gives you to do daily are always demonstrated by her first and then you need to show her that you can do them on your own with proper form. Post session Jessie sends you the list of exercises often with a video of the exercises to refresh your memory. In my opinion Jessie is the best pt I have ever had!

My experience working with Dr. Jessie was superb every step of the way. I wanted to work with a female professional bike fitter, and the icing on the cake is that Dr. Jessie is also a PT. She offers a safe space for all body types, at all biking levels, and provides all the resources one would need to set them up for success. Not only was she able to give me a proper fit on my bike, but she also helped assess and treat a recent labral tear from a holistic, total body chain assessment. It is evident that Jessie is passionate about the work she does, is incredibly knowledgeable, and is deeply committed to helping her clients be well.
