Thompson Pharmacy

My family has been using this pharmacy since I was a kid. We had no issues! Now they just hire anybody. I needed to pick up a prescription. I was told by TWO people I can come back the next day and pick it up. So, it's the next day I call ahead before going to pick it up. No one put the prescription in. So now I have to wait even longer. My mother then calls to check on her prescription and she was told they don't do that prescription anymore and to find another pharmacy. They didn't call her to let her know or nothing. But we'll take your advice and find another pharmacy. Absolutely ridiculous.

I've had nothing but bad experiences here maybe one or two go to experiences with one person There is a woman there she's younger with blonde hair very skinny she's so rude thinks she knows everything treats you like you're below her and can't accept when she's wrong and belittles you I know for me I'm going to be changing pharmacies I've heard a lot of bad things about this pharmacy and a couple years it's gotten worse and I will spread the word about how bad this place is it's gotten worse the people are rude they're disrespectful and that one girl she needs to be fired like the way she talks to people is beyond anything maybe she should get a job at McDonald's cuz she would fit right in.......I don't know how these ppl got a job here and the way that girl talked to me man I WILL BE SWIT

I was having issues with another pharmacy and I called Thompson's and they took my info and transferred everything over for me. Thank you so much.

They have the slowest customer service ever. I am sitting here now waiting for a prescription and it's been already 25 minutes! Do not go to this pharmacy unless you get your prescriptions delivered. The wait is NOT worth the hastle. Go somewhere else.!
