I just want to take a moment to thank Kate, Ashley and Jo for the incredible care they have given both of my boys. From day one, they created such a welcoming and supportive environment. They are patient, kind, and truly dedicated to helping their patients reach their goals. I am so grateful for the progress my boys have made and the confidence they’ve gained along the way. After having a total knee replacement my friend recommended I see Katie. I can not say a single bad thing about them. All the therapist are wonderful and they make you feel so comfortable. I look forward to every session and I highly recommend them. Great staff.

Hello, I was a patient of Theraphysical in late 2025. My therapists were Monza and Kait. They were awesome. I came in with neck and left shoulder issues and at the end of December left with no issues. MRI and doctor said I needed surgery for my torn labrum but recommended I not go this route but continue my exercise with Monza and Kait because my pain was continually receding. I wasn’t able to lift 5 lbs in left shoulder for fifteen years. Thanks to the girls, we were hitting scar tissue, calcification and improving blood flow, strength and mobility on that shoulder. I now can shoulder press 20lbs with 90% less pain. Highly recommend. Also, the team has a very nice family feel, they become your friends.

I had a fantastic experience at Theraphysical. Ashley and Kate both did incredible work and got me feeling better faster and back on the field for football sooner. Would 100% recommend. The office also has a great atmosphere thanks to their talkative personalities which makes the workouts less of a drag.

Maggie has helped me recover from foot surgery and knee issues. Her professionalism, knowledge, and good nature make it a place you want to continue to come to and challenge yourself yet not overdo it. Her exercise plans make a big difference. Cassandra’s is friendly & willing to accommodate appointments making it easy to fit into your schedule with the option of going to different locations. She is very helpful with staying on top of your insurance and communicating with you.
