I had the absolute best experience at South Bergen Oral Maxillofacial Surgery. From the very first phone call, Angela at the front desk was incredible. She let me fully explain my situation without cutting me off, showed real compassion about my pain and financial concerns, and worked with my insurance so I could be seen the same day. When I arrived, she was just as kind, professional, and warm in person — and after my procedure, she even asked how I was feeling when I came out, which truly meant a lot to me. Her compassion goes above and beyond, and it shows how much she genuinely cares about patients. The X-ray technician was also wonderful. I didn’t catch her name, but she was very sweet, gentle, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing, which helped put me at ease right away. Dr.

I was reluctant; however, it has worked wonders!!! I'm sooo happy with the results! Dr Arora is very personable. Angela at the front desk is great!! I highly recommend this practice!! I am a late-diagnosed autistic woman who sought care at this oral surgery office for an infected tooth. I spent over a month searching for a provider within my insurance network who could offer sedation and accommodate my severe dental anxiety and sensory needs. I was told sedation would not be provided because it was “only one tooth.” Per my insurance As a neurodivergent adult, I knew attempting the procedure without sedation would likely result in a severe panic attack, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid.
