I had my first session of manual lymphatic drainage with Josie at HHK and I was glad I went. She is professional and made me feel very comfortable as she explained what she’d be doing during the full body session. She is knowledgeable and I liked that she was willing to share with me. I felt my body was more in flow and also noticed less puffiness in my face even the following day. I look forward to going back for another session next week! :)

I had an amazing experience getting my 1st ever lymphatic massage with Josie, with Nicole overseeing the session. The care and attention they gave were truly next level—10/10! I booked a lymphatic drainage session with Holistic Health Klinic for my mom with Josie. She was very professional and so nice to my mom - this was booked for her post-op knee replacement. She explained in a calm manner what she was going to do as this was my moms first time trying it. I was very grateful to hear how she already felt some relief just after her first session! I recently went for my first lymphatic drainage massage and was scheduled with Josie. She was warm, knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable. I learned so much in one session. Josie taught me lots of things and was not annoyed by any of my questions about lymphatic drainage at all! I felt great after and didn’t feel any pain. She did the cupping on my face and I absolutely notice a difference from just one time. The one on one time really made me feel like she cares and genuinely wants to help all of my concerns.
