I would not recommend this lab to other doctors. Throughout my experience, there was a consistent lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism. The primary focus appeared to be on production and profit rather than collaboration and patient-centered care. Due to poor coordination and unreliable follow-through, multiple patient cases were negatively impacted, ultimately resulting in the loss of patients from my practice. In dentistry, we are treating human beings, not machines, and labs play a critical role in that responsibility. Strong management, ethical standards, and clear communication are essential in a lab partnership—unfortunately, those were lacking here. I used to grind hard at night after a stressful day of work and my wife can’t really sleep well because of this problem. I had all my wisdom teeth so the grinding sound could go crazy sometimes. Therefore I visit Prodirect Dental Lab and Eric recommends me the night guard. It’s a little hard to put on at first, but the expert will make sure it fits well and see if there’s a need to remake it. Magically the night I put it on I no longer grind. Happy wife happy life now.

Terrible dental lab. Make promises that are never kept. Customer service needs much to be desired in terms of speaking to clients in a very knowledgeable manner. Way too much in between.
