Therapeutic Playtime

I give the Speech Therapists 10/10. The office/owners 0/10. This organization is so strict with attendance and have zero tolerance for sick kids and busy schedules/vacations. They are overbooked and clearly care more about new enrollments rather than maintaining their current patients. It's definitely a business rather than a health care facility in my opinion. The Therapists are phenomenal and I am so grateful to each of them who worked with my child. We will miss them very much. I definitely do not recommend Therapeutic Playtime if you are a busy parent or have multiple children who may become sick or have anything come up. If you have to reschedule....good luck. They will not work with you.

So far, so good! My son comes here for his speech delay. We had an easy time getting in, and the staff were quick to accept us. Within two weeks, he got evaluated and then, promptly started speech therapy. The speech therapists are continuing to work with him using different methods that appeal to his learning styles. Also, staff are friendly, and even, recommended us to go to social time on Mondays for two hours. Overall, my son has improved by using them. I’d recommend this company for your little one’s speech needs.

We absolutely love Therapeutic Playtime and we are so grateful we found this place. The staff is absolutely wonderful from the OT, Speech, and PT. The therapists really work well with the children especially my daughter and I’ve seen so much progress and improvement. She is 3 and has Autism and they work so well with her and we drive up almost an hour and half and it’s well worth the drive. The front office is exceptional as well and appreciate everything.

We've been attending therapies for about a year and a half now. Both of my sons have had incredible therapists, and as a parent I feel that I am listened to and shared with. I'm a part of a team working on behalf of my kids- it's wonderful. Communication with the therapists is every session. The therapists care about my boys.

Therapeutic Playtime is a great place to take your kids. My oldest son went through them for Speech therapy when he was younger and they first opened in Arnold. They were a tremendous help! When my 2nd son was going to be needing therapy services as well I knew exactly where to go and I have enjoyed being back in such a welcoming/friendly environment. My son now receives Speech, OT, and PT services and even the therapists who don't work with him one on one know him by name and will greet us and ask us how he is doing etc. So will the front desk staff. It's like a second home to us right now being there 3 days a week so it's nice to feel "at home" while there so often. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is need of therapy services for their child. You won't be disappointe
