Aspen Dental - Arnold, MO

This location in Arnold is amazing. I had a ton of anxiety about going here because of a bad experience with a previous place and I didnt want that to repeat itself. But when I explained to the staff what happened, they were extremely respectful and understanding. I had to have a deep cleaning and a molar extraction. Alex did an amazing job on my cleaning. She informed me of everything she did and made sure to answer any questions I had. I felt no pain and had a good appointment with her. Following Alex, I went to another room to get my tooth extracted. I was nervous again, but the assistant, Jalia, was amazing and helped to comfort and reassure me as best as she could, which was very helpful to keep me calm. I still have some work to be done but the staff here were extremely nice, especially Emily and Gabby! Today first visit to a dentist in 2 years after a traumatic experience with a different practice. I had some anxiety about being there and everyone made me feel very comfortable and throughly explained everything that was happening during my appointment.

Emily is such a wonderful friendly, passionate young lady. She also made my visit very comfortable. The whole staff of women were amazing absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend this place plus a lot of stuff is done in the office where you don’t have to run around to get things done. That’s awesome.

A fantastic team from start to finish! Chelsea made check-in easy, Emily was a wonderful and kind dental assistant as well as Laura and Hannah. Alex was quick, and Dr. P gave a detailed exam and communicated/explained treatment and process thoroughly which was greatly appreciated! Jill is very caring, she made the financials simple and stress-free which is what brought me to leave a review. It's rare to find an office where every single person is so good at their job and so focused on the patient. Highly recommend this practice!

Alex was AWESOME!!! She was kind and gentle and understood my fear and uncertainty about what I had done. I told her while my mouth was basically numb so I don't know if she understood me, but she's my hygienist and NO ONE ELSE can touch my mouth! By far the most fun and best conversational moments I've had at a Dentist visit! Thank you Alex for helping my dental health first and foremost and a step closer to not being afraid of the dentist office!
