Meramec Dermatology - Arnold

I see Heather Jones, MD at Meramec Dermatology and absolutely love her. I am a melanoma survivor and she does a very thorough full body skin exam. The office is very nice and the staff are very helpful. If I notice something odd and feel like I need to be seen, they get me in right away. Thankful they have a location very close to my home. I have recommend the practice to many friends and family!

Always on time, the staff is professional and friendly. The office is very clean, everything is very neat and tidy. The Physicians I have encountered are knowledgeable and take time to answer all of my questions and never make me feel rushed. I highly recommend Meramec Dermatology.

Everyone there is very friendly. The office runs efficiently and on time.i had a basal cell CA surgery there almost 2 years ago on my nose. It healed beautifully. I am very pleased with the results

I was a patient of Dr. Blackwell's for years at Washington University. Because I had such a positive experience, I followed her to the Arnold location from Florissant. The was not 'really' a big deal considering a good physician is important, and Dr. Blackwell, Sternhill is a good doctor. Unfortunately, too many of my experiences of the last several years has truly been horrible, due to the treatment from many of the staff being disrespectful, flip, hateful, arrogant, not caring, and possibly simply incompetent ... although that is not true of every staff member I encountered ... simply too many. Some of the horrors I have encountered includes: 1. don't care and blatant attitudes during checking in, 2. don't care attitudes from the assistant as they prepared me to see the doctor, 3. staf

My Dermatologist is Dr. Heather Jones. She is very professional, very knowledgeable, very caring about her profession. Plus she is very personable. I had lost alot of hair because of severe trauma I had been through and also because of genetics. She knew exactly what I needed in order for my hair to grow back. She's always very nice, she's absolutely the BEST Dermatologist I've ever been to. She also makes you feel very comfortable. I'm so happy with Meramec Dermatolgy! My husband also goes to Dr. Jones and is very pleased with her as a Dermatologist. You really need to be examined all over for skin cancer at least once a year. I had my exam last week and she found the start of a skin cancer! She immediately removed it! I would suggest Meramec Dermatology, 100%! One more thing. They
