I’ve got horrible anxiety when it comes to dental work, most offices I’ve been to they’ve been very grumpy, abrasive, rude, and overall extremely rough. This place changed that all up for me, everyone is nice, everyone explains in detail what procedures I need done and what my best care plan steps to take to minimize my out of pocket. They also helped out a ton with my anxiety. One day after having 5 teeth removed yesterday (3.5.26) and I am experiencing absolutely no pain at all! I didn’t feel it when any of them were being yanked on and I even mentioned ( I don’t feel shit x2 and you guys are doing a great job) I’m so happy I came across this place of business!

I came here a few weeks ago. I have been in so much pain and my mouth has been swollen as well but I waited to be seen. And so I came to my appt I didn't know my company had changed dental insurances. I will say my only fault is not calling them back but I work weird hours and I already had a dental card so I brought what I had. I got to the appt they tried the card wasn't working. They told me to figure it out and they could see me later. I couldn't get anywhere on the phone so wound up canceling it all together. But now I have my dental card and will find another place. It brought back past memories on why we stopped coming here 15 yrs ago its ashamed this place hasn't changed at all even with diff ppl working now. This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. Everyone is kind, patient, friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy thier jobs. They are efficient and organized, before I reach the front desk they have the cost of any future work I need done, after insurance and then go over with me. There is practically no waiting between the hygienist and the dentist. Always low calm music and the chairs i could sleep in. It shows that they care about our comfort and experience. The dentist themselves, could not ask for better. If you are looking for a new dentist, you'll be glad you chose this one.

Was seen 12/4 and was told I needed two extractions and would receive a call within a week or two to schedule. They assured me they would be the ones doing this procedure. Today, on 12/30/25, they finally called to say they reviewed my chart (today...) and will need a referral for a more equipped oral surgeon. I'm so sarcastically appreciative of them to have to wait longer with this tooth issue for a month for something that could've been told to me at that original dental appointment. Insert resentment and pain emoji. Most definitelyyyyy could've received a referral a heck of a lot sooner and enjoyed all of the holiday goodies without this ridiculous oversight. I paid alot of money for dental implants here. The dentist eric egan did not install one of them correctly causing me alot of pain then ultimately he removed all of my implants without any consent. He then blamed me for the failure which in reality occured immediately upon placement. He took my teeth, he took my money, and he traumatized me. I struggle every single day since doctor egan used me. He should have done the right thing and refunded me so I could have a older more experienced doctor fix his mistake. But instead he just recommended additional work and ghosted me. Hes young and does what he thinks is best for him not whats best for his patients.
