I’ve had a fantastic experience with Jefferson Pediatrics, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bess. He is a wonderful doctor who truly takes the time to listen and make both parents and kids feel comfortable. You never feel rushed, and he explains things in a way that’s easy to understand, which is something every parent appreciates. The staff has always been friendly and professional, and the office runs smoothly. Appointments are handled efficiently, and the environment is clean, calm, and welcoming for children. It’s clear that the entire team genuinely cares about the families they serve. This is less of a serious review and more of a fun one. This is my boyfriend’s doctor he’s been seeing since he was little (though I believe shortly we may be too old and he will have to switch). I’ve accompanied him a few times just for fun and it’s always enjoyable. His doctor guy is super nice and so were the ladies at the front. I really like the fish tank that’s in the wall it’s trippy! I also just think it so interesting that it’s in almost a house structure, as my pediatrician is in a building that looks more like a hospital and is huge. This building is friendly and inviting so I can see kids liking it. Also, despite our age, he always gets to pick out a toy and the times I’ve accompanied him they let me choose too! Not sure about the actual Doctors in this office but their receptionist needs to take a class in courtesy and be more friendly than sour, and I think she will need to get more knowledge on Insurances and up to what age the insurance will pay out for disabled children to see a pediatric doctor, 21 years -FYI... her demeanor ruined my first impression of this office. To the Doctors-Your front staff is what will be your customer's first Impression, and most by just that will decide if they will even give the doctors a chance or not. I've given chances to offices that have people like that in the front office, and it just don't work. I started out with doctor Glines...was not impressed with him as he would brush all of my concerns under the table. Well luckily Glines retired after only a few visits and Doctor Bess took my son. I have never been happier with a doctor for my kids. I had only seen doctor Bess once when my new baby was born so didn’t even tell him he would be getting another one of my kids haha. Well the hospital i delivered at got a hold of him and he was at the hospital immediately looking over my newborn. I saw him 3 times in 3 days. Pretty impressive. He definitely cares about the kids and well being, he also has an awesome attitude. My concerns have never been brushed under the table. The office is also very nice, and I have never had to wait long for my appointment.

Dr. Glines, whom we love, cared for my son since birth in 1993 as well as my daughter's birth in 1999. Later, as a teen, my daughter felt a woman would be better so she began seeing Dr. Vedova who is very calm soft spoken and understanding. Just what we needed and in the same practice. She has also seen Dr. Cross and found her to be a straight forward and thorough which I like. IMHO, this group of medical professionals is highly recommendable. I also like that they recommend specialists if needed. No ego issues with these sweet, caring, patient, understanding and always professional doctors. We are sorry to be leaving the practice. My kids are grown ups now. Thanks Docs for helping me grow them 😉😁💜
