Theracare Pediatric Services

I have worked for Theracare for two years. I enjoy the flexibility in my schedule. The office team is always helpful. Most of all though, I enjoy the wonderful variety of clients I work with! As a home based speech therapist, I feel blessed to develop relationships with families and their children with special needs right in my own community. Theracare provides excellent support for children and families. And they treat their therapists like family.

I have worked for Theracare as an SLP for about one year. The office staff has been supportive starting from the application process. Ashley, the HR manager, has been exceptionally supportive and flexible! They show respect and value to their employees and families. The therapists that I work with have all been amazing and seem to support each other.

I have worked with Theracare, as an SLPA, for a little over a year now. The owner and office staff are nothing short of amazing. As a home-health therapist, you get to create your own schedule, have flexible hours and get compensated generously compared to other agencies. I love the support system that the office provides for the therapists as well as the clients and their families. I enjoy working with the variety of clients that I get to see every day as well as the office staff and other therapists in this industry.

I have never known a company so dedicated to supporting its therapists—-offering free and fantastic continuing education opportunities, having such kind and attentive staff behind the scenes working so that the therapists can do their jobs, and giving such generous reimbursement to their employees. The leaders of this company truly are legitimate and are in this to make a difference in children’s lives by providing quality therapeutic intervention.

I’ve worked with Theracare for over 2 years now and can’t brag enough about the agency. The owners are extremely responsive and diligent in making sure all their providers are happy. They do things by the book with ethics which is hard to come by in this industry. I can also proudly say I’m a great therapist who takes a lot of pride in my work and wouldn’t choose any where else to provide in home therapy.
