The Willows at Ramapo Rehabilitation & Nursing Center

My husband Charles is at the Willows and their care in getting him back on his feet is very professional and productive. The staff is warm and friendly. Particularly his nurse Crystal who is a kind, caring professional who is supportive and incredibly responsive to any of his needs. Being there and watching her in action is heartwarming to me to see how much she cares for her patients. We are truly blessed that he has Crystal as his nurse. Betty La Barbera

My mother has been in Willows twice. Both times she received excellent care, both medically and physically. Through rehab, she was able to recover and return home. Thank you.

My mother is currently a patient here to recover from surgery. She is over 80, partially disabled but still very mentally sharp and aware. The stories she has told me make my jaw drop. She has good things to say about the physical therapists (when they decide to show up) and says the facility is beautiful. However the aides are often mean, rude and disrespectful. This morning at 3:30AM she was awoken to loud music coming from the room next door. She rang for assistance to ask to turn down the music as she was unable to sleep. They answer the call with “What do you want?” And when the aide finally came to see my mother, her response was “You’re bothering me for that?” The music stayed on until almost 6AM. This place is a joke compared to the brochure pictures and pictures on Google by the facility. People are here for some kind of rehab and no railings on bed ,very dark and dingy rooms hallways smell like poop.

My husband recently had a stroke and he is currently rehabbing at the Willows at Ramapo. What a great place! The care is superb. The food is great. The rehab is superlative! And if ever you need emergency service, they are “Johnnie on the money” ready to help! I couldn’t ask for a better rehab. Thank you, everyone at Willows, You are not only lovely people, but extremely competent as well. And how rare is that in this day and age!!!
