A friend recommended this store, and I was thoroughly impressed by the personalized service. From the welcoming front receptionist to the store floor manager, Michael, everyone was fantastic. Michael, in particular, stood out—extremely knowledgeable, patient, and personable. Finding the right place to get your glasses made correctly isn’t easy, but this shop truly delivers. Highly recommend!

Doc Richard Varecchio is an expert, amazing with what he does and will develop an individualized plan that you are comfortable with. Odd cases do not phase him. The front desk is great! I highly recommend this place!

Austin Ryan Optika is a very professional place from when you walk in through getting glasses!! You will receive a very detailed exam by Dr. V !! The Technical Opticians like Sal & Steve are just great! Sal does the best job helping to pick out frames!! You will not being disappointed going there!!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Austin Ryan - from the moment I walked in the door for my appointment to when I picked up my new glasses, I felt like I had walked into the bar in Cheers, as if my friends were just waiting for me to show up despite my never having been there before. They are the most warm and welcoming team of professionals and are invested in your eye health and your satisfaction with their services. I am terrible at choosing frames and the process couldn't have been better and I am in love with my new frames. I cannot recommend Austin Ryan enough.

I stopped in since they were close to home and took my insurance (Medicaid.) Dr. Varricchio is a very good and thorough Ophthalmologist, listens and is very friendly. He even discovered a cataract that I never knew was there. The staff were very nice too, I enjoyed my time there! The styles of glasses they have are great, and many just my type. Insurance covers lenses and chips in for frames so their selection was out of my range. No big deal, I'll go back next year for sure!
