Great Expressions Dental Centers - Suffern

From the moment I walked the reception it was great. Receptionist was professional and Lea’s at and took me right away. The wait was minimal and was greeted by the technician and taken to exam room. Tech was extremely patient and professional, and immediately put me at ease with the process. Dr. Kass then conducted my checkup and was also professional and very explained what was going on, the next steps and what my additional options were. Overall was extremely impressed with the entire staff.

The office staff are always friendly and helpful with making appointments. We never wait long and the hygienists do a great job. Even the dentists are nice and easy to talk to. We were thinking of switching because we moved upstate but after dealing with rude people on the phone at another location, we decided that this office is well worth the drive. Good care is hard to find and they truly make an effort to treat their patients well.

Fast and smooth! Needed a new dentist, found this practice via my insurance company website. Called yesterday, they were able to get me in today. Filled out all the paperwork online. Megan the hygienist was efficient and polite; Dr. Kass came in for her part, did the exam, discussed whatever needed to be discussed, I was in and out. There was zero pressure to do unnecessary procedures or upselling of any services. Really appreciate that part! Thank you!

Very disappointed in the way I was treated by this practice after years of going here. After a rough cleaning, my gums were extremely sore. I was nervous that something was wrong because they had been hurting for days so I asked them to see me. Not sure if this dentist was having a bad day, but she was short and defensive instead of helpful, making me feel like a nuisance and that I was trying to attack them. Gave me an x-ray that I didn’t ask for and when I asked if I would be charged, they said no. She could’ve just given me some numbing gel, apologized, and sent me on my way but instead she rushed through a pointless X-Ray to prove me wrong and slap me with a bill. Now I’m still fighting the bill because they won’t take accountability that they caused pain from a simple cleaning. As a

If I can give 0 stars I would. I used to love this place. Dr Kass's were Amazing! However. I went there for a broken tooth with no pain. Ended up seeing Arielle. Spent 2 hours in the chair, They changed the filling and prepped for a crown. I left with a poorly fit crown. The tooth got infected. I couldn't open my mouth right after this day. I called back that night but she didn't take calls on Friday nights or Saturday. Was in pain. So I went into the following week now in severe pain. I went back in and they said I have a start of an infection I need to see an Endodontist. Which was over 3 weeks out. They didn't give me antibiotics. I called back the following weekend begging for antibiotics and Dr kass ordered them. About a month later I got the root canal done elsewhere. The temp crown
