This was an outstanding experience from start to finish, and it easily earns five stars. Vision Smith, now part of MyEyeDr., delivered exceptional service that truly stood out. Brittany, the optician who assisted me, was absolutely excellent. She took the time to really understand my vision needs, asked thoughtful questions, and explained my options clearly without rushing the process. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable she was about VSP coverage—she maximized my benefits so I could get the most advanced glasses I’ve ever owned, without unnecessary extras or confusion. The result was a pair of glasses that feels perfectly tailored to me, both in comfort and clarity. Between the personalized care, expertise, and genuine attention to detail, this visit exceeded my expectations. V

Dr Smith and his staff are amazing, unfortunately they seem to use an automatic system to notify people when their glasses arrive which seemed to skip me. I told the receptionist I did not get a call, she informed me they do not call, I asked if it it would be text or email and she stated "I honestly don't know." While I respect her honesty, I can't be expected to guess when my glasses will arrive. It's hard to find a good anything now a days, especially for the money. It's even harder with companies like MyEyeDr ruining their practices! 😡

I have been going to Dr Smith for years for my annual exam. He performs the most thorough eye exams ever! He explains everything so well as he shows you the results. I recommend him to others at every opportunity.

My appointment here was UNREAL. Dr. Smith was amazing and I genuinely feel more confident about my eye health and care moving foreword. In the past, my concerns have been disregarded by eye professionals but that was NOT the case here. I have found the optometrist for me finally! My experience was thorough, educational, and SO comfortable. The staff could NOT have been more friendly or welcoming. Thank you Vision Smith!

The nicest Dr. and staff! I did not feel rushed and Dr. educated me why I may not want to opt for '"eagle eye vision" for long term benefit lol. Very please! So much so I'm making a return appt. for me and will also take my son to get his eyes checked!
