I can count on one hand how many times I’ve written a review. Take that for what it’s worth. What I experienced today needs to be heard by them, and potential new clients. I’m sure one of the employees will come after me and deny what truly happened, just as they tried to hide it while I was sitting there in the waiting room. And I don’t blame them. They work there and don’t want to lose their job, and it’s natural to be defensive. Despite the mold, and cockroaches in the bathroom, and the wait time while the staff should be ashamed on how they conduct business. To deny a parent to accompany their child at age 7 should have been the first red flag for me. But I let it go due to the legalities they mentioned. Okay, I will let it fly. Until they let another parent walk back there and wait

Doesn’t allow parents to be with kids. Claim it’s due to ada rules and hipaa. But have all treatment conversations with parents in the waiting room because that’s so much more private right? Took the day off work for nothing, thank you guys so much. My 3 kids canceled, the little girl before us canceled. That’s 4 patient spots that will make no money today.

Well let me start with how dirty the place is. The bathroom stays out of order. I’ve been taking my daughter here for braces for years and I’ve been disappointed every second of the way. They cancel appointments short notice. Sometimes I feel like they don’t even do anything. Very bad business. I’m so happy to find out they have a Mt. Dora location that’s were we’ll be going for now on. Way better! Oxford location needs to be shut down. The worse dentist office ever!

Absolutely the worst dentist we have even been to. We had an appt. @ 1:00 pm and It was 3:45 and they still hadn't seen my son. They had three families scheduled at the same time. When I politely asked when we were going to be seen they literally looked at me like I was a problem. They gave some lame excuse saying they have a system. Then to ad insult to injury, to get under my skin even further they took a lady in who came in literally 1/1/2 hrs after us as some type of punishment. Who does that? They don"t have seating and they have a portable ac unit in the seating area and the temperature was 80 degrees. My son looked at me and said dad I don't like this place and he is a good kid. I made my son an appointment for the first time at this office, i arrived 30 mins early in case I had to fill out any paperwork. When I arrived it was closed, no call, no email, no form of communication to tell me they canceled my sons appointment. I proceeded to walk over to the adult side and to find out any information and the woman at the desk was beyond rude! Telling me I must of gave them the wrong number to contact and gave no information on how to reschedule, i was also told she doesn't not work on that side and didn't know who I can contact. I called after and she suddenly knew who to call and when they would return. I would not recommend either adult or pediatric care from this office claiming to be a "family oriented" business. Horrible first experience.
