I really wasn't going to say anything because I believe in second chances more than first impressions but after reading the gross mistruths in my visit summary here I am. This was first visit with Dr. Blanco. Previously I was seeing Mooneyham and absolutely adored her but because of the location change that was not an option. It is important to note that I had not been seen in almost a year due to pregnancy and being followed by OB. At no point was an updated medical history, surgical history or updated medication list obtained. Dr. Blanco came in, set her laptop on the counter and with her back to me 98% of the visit began charting without any conversation. Have been patient for 4 years, just getting worst, I have prostate cancer, they did labs, went in for results Oppps that wasn't done, went back , they charged a visit, then could not give a receipt, no printer working, this has happened last time also . We are certain they just want our insurance money and dig in our pockets. At least they have a MD Doctor before just a PA. We are getting new Doctor. Done. Gave many chances.

The audacity to called me to offer me an earlier appt visit and still cancelled the original appt even though I declined the time change because of work schedule is so beyond unprofessional, unacceptable. I had drove 45 minutes commute to get from my job to this appt not to mention my husband took off from work as well because he wanted to be in this visit as this is a complete new doctor for me and he wanted to express his concerns about my health it’s definitely questionable this is literally my second visit and maybe the last one. I will not be recommending this group at all omg I have never felt so disappointed and disrespected too bad the lower I can choose is a one star. Mind you if you as a patient cancel within 48 hr you get charge a $40 fee so since they cancelled my appointment

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! I was referred to this location from another clark clinic because of availability issues. I joined the TELE-visit with Dr. Kattia Blanco and she was very rude. She had her camera off and had no interest in getting to know me as a new patient. I told her of my problems and how I have been prescribed medicine in the past as well as PT and all she did was suggest that same stuff. This has been my 3rd doctor trying to get an answer for my pain and she made me feel absolutely awful and did nothing for me. Do not go here or to her especially if you are a veteran. God bless.

Noelle Mooningham is awesome and I would give her five stars. However, I have to change my rating based on my experience with Dr. Blanco. Dr. Blanco was rude, dismissive, and uninterested in my concerns. She got visibly irritated when I asked questions, let alone if I spoke at all. She also still prescribed the wrong dosage of an essential medication, even after I clearly explained my situation. She made it clear that she did not care about me or my health and was uninterested in listening to my concerns. I would not recommend her.
