My first visit to this dental office was extremely disappointing. The building looked neglected—the grass was overgrown, the roof had green stains, and overall it did not feel professional. Despite that, I decided to give them a chance. I informed the receptionist that I had an appointment for my three children (ages 8, 6, and 4). I was handed paperwork to complete, and right then I was told that while I filled it out, my children would be called in and I would have to stay outside. I immediately asked—quite obviously—“I will be allowed to go in with them, correct?” Their response was simply “No.” They explained that parents are not permitted in the room, citing the “privacy of other children.” (clarifying, this was simply a preventive visit and cleaning, nothing more). Dr. Danny is amazing. My little girl (9yrs old) was scared and he went above and beyond to make her feel safe and comfortable. My son 12 yrs old fell good and comfortable. Great experience, everything was explained to me, and kiddos clear answer every question. Notes for school. Receptionist always great with scheduling. Thank you all so much for your hard work.

Tiffany in the office is extremely rude. She has 0 professionalism on the phone. 2 diff occasions I had her on the line and her tone is so off-putting and rude. She hangs up never says good bye or anything just slams the phone down.

Such an amazing experience. We were referred to an affiliated location to get additional work done, when met with a road block Toya was able to advocate for us and got us an appointment next day! This was our first experience and they have made a great impression, I highly recommend them!

Andrea is the absolute best. She made me feel really comfortable! I embarrassingly haven’t been to the dentist in a while but she explained everything to me and was so patient with my care. Glad I found my new home dental office. Front desk lady is very polite too!
